Booking Fee & Cancellation Policy 2024

All bookings are required to be confirmed within 14 days of initial reservation with full payment of green fee. Failure to pay the booking fee will result in the booking being cancelled. 

Payment can be made by credit/debit card (Mastercard or Visa only), or via the online payment facility.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings cancelled out with 60 days of play - FULL REFUND

Bookings cancelled 30 to 60 days from date of play – 60% REFUND

Bookings cancelled 14 to 29 days from date of play – 40% REFUND

Bookings cancelled less than 14 days from date of play – NO REFUND

  Refunds are not available due to delayed or cancelled flights or travel plans, personal injuries or illness. Management strongly recommends that all golfers consider travel insurance.
